Warmed up fresh pot pie
Gave it an extra 30 sec as it seemed too cold at first
Raised a forkful of pot pie
Fiery hot gravy drips directly into my cleavage
It BURNS
I wipe away gravyInstant blister, left breast
Look for ice
There is no ice
Instead, I stand in office kitchen
Hold a bag of frozen blueberries to my chest
Contemplate the absurdity of my existence
Search the office for an aloe plant
